At Sharda Novelty, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. We review each order individually, factoring in destination, weight and size of items. Shipping charges and delivery methods may be upgraded in various quoted shipping rates and times.

Standard (Sea Frieght) - 5 to 8 Weeks
Expedited (Air Frieght) - 4 to 8 Days
Express (Fedex/UPS/TNT/Aramex) - 48 Hours

Cost

Shipping and handling charges are based on the quantum of the merchandise shipped to each address. Basic frieght is charged on weight of the merchandise shipped.

Prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, VAT or tariffs; these are the responsibility of the customer and are usually collected upon delivery.

Packing

Shipping plastics is not like shipping other standard UPS type products. For one, many plastics are indeed fragile items that require special packaging, boxing and handling to insure that they arrive in pristine, unscratched condition upon arrival at your door. There is not only additional packaging materials and special boxing that adds cost, but also the labor to prepare the packages for shipping can get quite lengthy. Our products are carefully packaged to minimize any shipping damage.

We can provide UPC labels, printed individual boxes on request. Please call us to arrange any special packaging requirements. We encourage you to retain the original packaging incase you need to return the item(s).

Domestic

The following standard shipping costs are for shipments within India only and are calculated according to the total cost of merchandise in your order. For shipment within Mumbai, if your order value is below Rs. 5,000/- then Rs 250/- would be added as shipping or if order value is more than Rs 5,000/- then shipping is free. The shipping charges levied outside Mumbai are as follows.

International

The most economical way will be by sea rather than air. However your order may take up to 5-8 weeks to be received by standard sea shipments. We are happy to work on splitting up your order if necessary, by shipping rush items by air and non-rush items by sea. We regret that we are unable to process backorders on any International order.
